Designing

• 50% deposit (which is not refundable) is required before we start designing your website or any other artwork.
• An order will only be released/ delivered once we have proof of full payment of any outstanding balance.
• All prizes/ quotes are valid for 30 days.

Hosting

• Domain registration, 100% payment is required before we register your domain name
• All domain registration takes the maximum of 48 hours working days to be live
• All hosting payment is due to first day of every month, if we not receive your payment within 10 working days your website will be suspended.
• If your website is suspended due to non-payment, the re-connection fee of R100 is required before we open your website & it be open within 24 hrs.
• You must notify us 30 days in advance before cancelling hosting or transfer of hosting from hscom to other companies.
