You will receive computer generated invoices for all services rendered by HSCOM. All computer generated invoices and credit notes will be sent to you via electronic means. All your computer generated invoices and credit notes are also available via the billing section in your clientzone.
50% deposit (which is not refundable) is required before we start designing your website or any other artwork. An order will only be released/ delivered once we have proof of full payment of any outstanding balance. All prizes/ quotes are valid for 30 days
Payment and payment terms
Service fees are payable to HSCOM monthly in advance by way of debit order, or such other manner as agreed, on the last working day of each and every calendar month. Billing will commence on the date on which service provision commences.
Please note: Cash deposits at the bank will attract a service fee of R15 per cash deposit. However bank transfers via internet banking will not have this additional fee, or you can simple pay via your client zone using (Pay Pal/ Pay Fast) to avoid extra charges
In the case of a website being suspended due to non-payment a reconnection fee of R100.00 will be payable before the website is unsuspended.
In the case of a website being deleted due to non-payment a set up/ recreation fee of R250.00 will be payable before the website is recreated.
HSCOM may record the existence of the customer's account with a Credit Bureau.
HSCOM may record and transmit details of how the customer has performed to a Credit Bureau, and how the account is conducted by the customer in meeting their obligations on the account.
HSCOM registers domains on the Internet through the relevant governing bodies and hosts websites and related material on the HSCOM server(s) on behalf of customers. These terms and conditions apply to the use and registration of domain names and the web hosting services offered by HSCOM.
Initial Set-up fee is free. Domain Name Registration fees constitute a once-off payment subject to certain renewal charges.
Term and termination
HSCOM only operates month-to-month contracts (cancellable on 30 days' written notice).
Cancellations will only be accepted from within the Clientzone. HSCOM requires one calendar month's written notice, which notice will take effect on the first day of the month immediately following the end of the notice period
Free Web Hosting for 365 days only
To register for 365 days trial free web hosting, you will need to pay a non refundable of R200 once off setup fee and domain registration if you don’t have an existing domain.
With free web hosting package you cannot create a branded e-mail account e.g (email@example.com)
This trial is valid for 365 days only from the day of registration, after 365 days if you are happy with our service you will upgrade to monthly payable packages, if you are not happy you are free to go to other companies.
Liability for registration and use of domain names
HSCOM has not and does not conduct pre-registration searches in respect of the customer's use and registration of its selected Domain Name/s and is therefore not obliged to either advise the Domain Name customer/customer about possible conflicting third party rights or to take steps to ensure against possible disputes concerning a third party's intellectual property or other rights.
The use or registration of the Domain Name by customer does not interfere with nor infringe the rights of any third party in any jurisdiction with respect to trademark, service mark, tradename, company name, close corporation name, copyright nor any other intellectual property right, and that customer has the right to use the Domain Name as requested.
HSCOM cannot act as an arbiter of disputes arising out of the registration and use of Domain Names. At the same time, customer acknowledges that HSCOM may be presented with evidence that a Domain Name registered by customer violates the rights of a third party. In such instance HSCOM shall be allowed to provide a complainant with customer 's name and address and all further communication will exclude HSCOM and HSCOM will have no further obligations to the customer. In such instance customer shall be entitled to continue using the Domain Name registered for customer by HSCOM until a court or other body with jurisdiction directs otherwise.
